We’re really proud of all our competitors – Kids, Teens, and “Grown Ups” – not just for their efforts during the workouts, but also for taking on the fancy dress element with such gusto, and their generosity in volunteering to judge their fellow competitors.

A rise in blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate are healthy sympathetic responses to exercise our programming takes all of this into account with rest days built in. We can’t go all out all the time!
Showing up for yourself, no matter your physical or psychological tolerance, and doing whatever the body and brain will allow, is more than enough.
The key for anyone and everyone who is competing, is to stay the course. Those taking part have already gone through a couple of really intense workouts, but being able to hold on and finish strong is a big part of the test.
