CrossFit Classes

We love a Drop-In at CrossFit DireWolf!

Our CrossFit classes, Sweat sessions, and Open Gym slots are bookable through the TeamUp app. If you don’t have one yet, set up a FREE account, purchase a Drop-In, check our timetable, then apply the Drop-In to whichever session you’d like to attend. Note that we do not offer Open Gym sessions while classes are running.

The sessions at CrossFit DireWolf are bookable up to one week in advance, and are capped depending on the workout. It’s for this reason that we ask you to book on – we want to make sure we have room for you! Get in touch if you’d like to find out what we’ve got programmed in the WOD for your visit.

When you arrive for your Drop-In

We’ve got loads of parking spaces, and if the weather’s good, the shutters will be up so you’ll be able to see into the gym. Come in via HR4K’s glass doors and let the person behind the coffee shop counter know you’ve arrived. They’ll sign you in, check you’ve completed your online waiver, and either introduce you to your coach if you’re on a class, or show you the equipment if you’re following your own training.

There’s showers in our male and female changing areas, and HR4K’s coffee shop has refreshments and snacks for some pre- and post-workout fuel (or during, it’s up to you!), there’s a viewing platform, an area to sit, a shop to browse… and motorcycles. Yes. Motorcycles.
