A 60-minute CrossFit class focussing on full-body strength and all-round conditioning. These workouts include a variety of functional movements combining gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and high intensity cardio. Everyday brings a new workout with a new stimulus, in a fun and supportive environment.
This is a 60-minute class, focussing on conditioning and getting a “SWEAT” on. Much like the Main WOD we still focus on functional movements, using a range of equipment as well as body weight exercises. Our sweat sessions are high energy and aim to increase body temperature, open up the lungs and release endorphins!
Following The Athlete Program “Complete” programme, this class will be informal, relaxed, and fun. At 90 minutes long, the programming will include progressive, but scalable, movements. These sessions are ideal for people who train during open gym hours and are flexible with their time, but want to train in a group environment.
This is a 60 minute class focusing on absolute strength. In these sessions you will use a range of equipment and learn traditional strong(wo)man movements such as yoke carries, sled pushes and tyre flips. This is a full body workout, targeting muscles that are often forgotten to build all round strength and stamina.
A class focussing on gymnastics specific skills and relative strength. Gymnastics is the pursuit of mastering your own body-weight, from forward rolls and pull-ups to more advanced movements like handstand push-ups and muscle-ups. You will be coached through various gymnastics movements, learning the proper techniques and developing the strength required to perform these movements effectively during workouts.
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning programme specifically designed to help kids and teenagers develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them for well-rounded movement and strength for life. Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on age.
