What is CrossFit?
Constantly varied, functional movements scalable for anyone, at any level. A daily mixture of conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting with a focus on functional movements that cover pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All movements are taught with safe and effective progression as the key priority, under the close supervision of trained CrossFit coaches.
Our CrossFit workouts will increase your physical competency within 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
