CrossFit Kids & Teens at Colchester Fitness Centre

CrossFit Kids is a fitness program designed to encourage children and teenagers to develop healthy habits, and adopt an active lifestyle from a young age. The kids’ classes at CrossFit DireWolf run via two age groups:

  ✭ Kids (4-10 years of age)
  ✭ Teens (11-16 years of age)

Operating in a relaxed, fun environment, children will enjoy learning safe movement patterns as well as what it means to be “fit”.

The principle behind CrossFit Kids is in helping them develop a lifelong love of fitness. But as well as encouraging progress physically by understanding how to move correctly, and preparing for well-rounded movement and strength for life, the children in our classes will enjoy cognitive benefits such as communication skills, competence, team player and leadership qualities, and a preparedness to take on new challenges with confidence.
