Our Inhouse Throwdown is one of the most eagerly anticipated dates in our members’ diaries. And it’s no wonder why. fancy dress and fancy workouts for fancy prizes, all for a great cause. Well done to all the Kids, Teens, and “Grown Ups” who participated, judged, and cheered all day!
