60 minutes to raise the heart rate and get a sweat on! Compared to the Main WOD, there are fewer high-skilled movements included in these sessions, although focus is still on function, using a range of equipment as well as bodyweight exercises. These classes are high energy, high intensity, and will leave you breathless but smiling.
