A strength and conditioning programme specifically designed to help teenagers develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, 11-16 year olds participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them for well-rounded movement and strength for life. Sessions are 45-minutes long.
