A strength and conditioning programme specifically designed to help children develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, 4-6 year olds (Cubs) & 7-10 year olds (Kids) participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them for well-rounded movement and strength for life. Sessions are 45-minutes long.
