A strength and conditioning programme specifically designed to help pre-teens develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, 8-11 year olds participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them for well-rounded movement and strength for life. Sessions are 45-minutes long.
