This year during the Open, CrossFit ran a social media campaign called the #GoldenBarbellAward encouraging people to share stories highlighting the members of their gym. We thought it’d be cool to bring that idea into CFDW, so we could celebrate and highlight all the great things happening in our own CrossFit community!

It’s been lovely to read all the nominations from each theme each week, so much so that we thought we’d share some of them, so while we continue to celebrate our winners, we can also shout out those others who got a mention.
