Having started as a bootcamp last summer, and opening as a brand new facility at the end of last year, we very much started our CrossFit programming from the ground up.

We began with loads of PVC pipe work to teach good movement patterns for those brand new to the sport, and also benefitting those who’d been forced to halt their training while gyms were closed. As confidence, experience, and proficiency amidst our members grew, the PVC pipes were replaced with Oly Barbells, and subsequently, the bumper plates have started racking up.

We’ve practiced gymnastics positions away from the rig, used static holds and boxes for progressions, and bands or spotters for assisted movements. New members are overcoming their aversion to the rig, and are getting their first pull ups, their first toes to bar, and their first handstands and pistols.
Everyone Training Together
Some of our members have fitness goals in mind – they want to lose weight, gain muscle, and get healthy. Others are looking to advance in the field of CrossFit and compete perhaps locally or nationally, and we have members who are looking to compete at an international level. As such, our class schedule covers all aspects of CrossFit, so everyone can train together, no matter their experience, or their goals.
Structuring our programming in this way has meant that people new to CrossFit learn the foundations inside out before they progress, while our seasoned CrossFitters have their technique tweaked for improved efficiency and better performance.

No segregation, no exclusivity. Just one big, happy family.
