Rob Knight
Rob has been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for 20 years. Starting as a Lifeguard and then progressing onto Gym Instructing and working through the ranks within various Health Clubs.
Fitness and lifting weights has always been a main stay in his life from a young age and have helped him in the many sports and hobbies that he has partaken in from Swimming, Baseball, Rugby, Football, Muay Thai, Rock Climbing, Canoeing and Archery.
Rob discovered CrossFit in 2013 and was inspired to become a CrossFit Level 1 Coach in 2015. Since then he has continued to educate himself and gain many other coaching qualifications with the interest of furthering his fitness knowledge so he can help guide others towards becoming healthier versions of themselves.
