Stacey Mercure, owner and operator of Colchester Health & Fitness, has been in the
fitness industry for the last ten years. She is certified in aerobics, personal training and massage therapy.
Stacey has been a stylist for over twenty years. She worked at O'Briens Salon for eight years and in
1997 opened Rapunzel Salon in Burlington. After being opened for 10 years, she sold her shares, combined her
two loves and opened Colchester Health & Fitness August 1st, 2006.
Building upon this expertise Stacey continues to educate and motivate the people that make it all happen.
